Help us raise money, awareness and campaign to improve local communities. Be part of our growing friendly team supporting and empowering local communities to gain new skills, campaign for better services and develop and deliver great projects and initiatives.

We’re a small grassroots charity making a big impact in our local community. We deliver a wide range of services, projects and initiatives. Last year we supported 918 service users throughout Camden. 88% of these local people and families live on estates which fall within 14% of the most deprived in London.

In light of the global pandemic we anticipate bringing in funds to be even harder and will need to look at other ways the Charity can raise money. We’re currently funded through external funders which include;

Campaign for change 

Working with local people we work together to address local needs. Whether we’re addressing food poverty through our Mobile Food Bank, knife and gang crime through our ‘ One Mic, One Life’ project or helping people into work. We help to build stronger communities.

camden mobile foo bank COVID-19 Emergency SERVICE

During this unprecedented health crisis over the next few months our wonderful volunteers are making emergency food parcels and responding to online referrals and working with local organisations who are delivering  emergency services to vulnerable people.

Increase in demand 

Increased demand for our food bank service has meant we’ve had to increase our operating hours and for the first time in 3 years we’ve had to buy food stock! Since the emergency food bank opened we’ve supported 189 people averaging 56 emergency food parcels a week.

HelP us campaign for change

One of our wonderful new volunteers Sello was so inspired by our work, he set up a JustGiving page for our emergency food bank service. In the first day he raised a whooping £780 and in less than a week he’s already raised £4700. He’s got a target of £5000. We can’t thank him, his family, friends and colleagues enough for helping us to #makeadifference.

We still need to keep raising funds, the demand isn’t slowing down its increasing and we’ve just introduced an emergency delivery service, we need your help. Set up a JustGiving page for us, appeal to your family, friends and colleagues and help us keep the emergency food bank open.
